Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a trial period (often 30 days) during which you can request a full refund if you're not satisfied with the service

Pro-Rated Refund


DSCo we refund any unused months of a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month or greater contract under the following conditions:

  1. The user wants to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server.

7-Day Free Access

Some of our products have a 7 day free trial included.  For all free trial products credit/debit card information will be taken when you signup, but will not be charged until the trial period is over (Unless the subscription is cancelled first)

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Refunds are only issued for the months remaining in the subscription.

If the TOS/AUP agreed upon when ordering is violated this voids your eligibility for the 30 day money back guarantee. WIPL reserves the right to deny the refund if we feel abuse of services has occurred.
